The NPSL Team of the Month is comprised of 11 players, set in a 3-4-3 formation + GK.
NPSL teams nominate 1 player from their team to the league; the NPSL does not nominate players on behalf of teams. The nominees will then be compiled for the general public to vote on the winners.
Loc San has featured heavily in all four of the NPSL opening games contributing four goals and one MVP performance.
